Once you have placed an order on our website you will receive a confirmation sent to your email address, confirming the order placed.

If I would like to change my shipping address?
If you would like to change your shipping address, please contact customer service as soon as possible. One can only change the address if the order has not yet been shipped.

Delays are usually caused by the local post office.
If your package has not come within the estimated time of arrival we recommend to contact the local post office to check if there are any packages being held under your name. Check also if you have applied the correct address when the order was placed. We are not responsible for any faulty information.
You can track your order if you choose UPS delivery.
You cannot track your order if it has been send through the Swedish Postal Service.
There is not a tracking or reference number.
Returns are not possible.
You should always check that you have received the correct order and that no damage has been caused to the product.
If the product has been damaged during shipment you are to make a claim to UPS or the postal service directly when delivered.
